The Absent Gallery is delighted to help and encourage artists and Real World Galleries to create their own interactve 3D exhibitions which we would then host and promote for you.



Here you will find useful overviews, advice and information to help get you started.



Hosting

When you share your Virtual Exhibition with The Absent Gallery we will create a free profile page on our website.

Your profile page will be customised with any logo, contact details, website and social media links. In the case of Real World Galleries we will create an enhanced profile page which will also include your business details, such as your opening hours and also provide an embedded Google Map.

All your exhibitions will be hosted on your profile page giving somewhere convenient and distinctive to send visitors.

The Absent Gallery will direct any visitors straight to your profile page during any promotion that we undertake on your behalf.

You can submit a maximum of one new exhibition per month.

Your profile page will also host any past exhibitions which have been archived.

Promotion

For each new exhibition that you share with us we will create a Trailer / Launch promotional graphics which will include:

the artist(s)/ gallery’s name
any logo
the exhibition title
a url to your profile page on the TAG website

The promotional graphics will be shared on social media. You can also use the promotional graphics for any self-promotion.

A series of images from the exhibition will be captured and used for promotional purposes during the course of the exhibition. These images will be used to create enagement over social media platforms periodically and at our discretion.



Additional Promotion Package

If you require some extra promotional material the Additional Promotion Package will provide you with:

The creation of an animated slideshow video for promotional purposes over social media and to archive the exhibition once it has ended. This would be accessible through your profile page.

The animated slideshow will contain exhibition title graphics and end credit graphics including artist’s names, any logo and website addresses for your profile page on The Absent Gallery and to your own website.

The animated slideshow will be comprised of still and moving images captured from your exhibition, including close up shots of artwork.

Once produced the video file will also be provided to you for you to exhibit on your own website.

As from 1st August 2020 General Promotion will be charged at £50 per Exhibition

Requirements

Share with us the code to embed your virtual exhibition. This can be copied and pasted into our contact form.

By sharing a Virtual Exhibition with us the Real World Gallery is granting The Absent Gallery permission and the permission from all participating artists to display, promote and present the exhibition and it’s content across our social media platforms and website. You will be granting The Absent Gallery permission to create images and graphics taken from your exhibitions to promote the exhibition on your behalf.
