Unframed Dimensions
When we are asking for the unframed dimensions of your artwork we need the Width (w) Height (H) Depth (D) in cm.
This is the dimension of the artwork before any mount or frame is added.
*Prints, Photographs and artwork that include a white border: The dimensions supplied should be measured to include the border, if the border is present in the image you provide. If your image is provided to us without a border but requires one, please indicate the “White Border Width” in the form provided.
Frame Profile
When we ask for Frame Profile this is the measurement we require from you. We will assume the dimension is equal on all sides and make the necessary calculations to ensure your artwork is presentated as close as possible to real life.
Mount Width
When we ask for Mount Width this is the measurement we require from you. We will assume the dimension is equal on all sides.
A mount is considered to be the space between the artwork and the frame profile. This can be used to indicate the border space of a tray or box frame for example.
White Border Width and Bias
For Prints, Photographs and artwork where the supplied image DOES NOT include the border and you wish for us to recreate it for you. This is the border often left for signing and/or for presentation.
When we ask for the “White Border Width” this is the measurement we require. We will assume that the dimension is equal on all sides, except where you indicate that there is a bias, most often to the bottom border.

Here we ask you to provide us with the link to where you would like enquires to be directed to.
When a visitor wants to make a sales enquiry they will click on the “Contact Artist” link which will take them straight to you, Whether it is to a contact page or as a direct email to you.
Links can be URLs or email addresses.
UPLOADING IMAGES
Try and make sure each individual image is less than 5MB especially if you are submitting 6 entries otherwise our form will misbehave.
- Images of artwork should be in jpeg or png file format.
- Files should be saved as the artworks title for identification purposes; i.e thescream.jpg
- File size and resolution: Limited to 5MB or 2200px. Larger files can be sent via WeTransfer
- RGB colour profile.
- Images can include artwork in frames but not behind glass. An artwork in a frame may be cropped and the frame recreated digitally by TAG.
- Poor quality images may be discounted
Trouble Shooting

Unable to continue past the first step
- Make sure that you have filled in all required fields. These will be indicated by a red star.
- Ensure there are no spaces or symbols in the “Phone Number” Field
- Ensure that you have entered a legitimate email address, containing “@” symbol.
Form Fails to Submit
- Check the file sizes of your attached images if the images are too large this may cause the form to fail.
Attached Files disappear or do not seem to be attached.
- When you are selecting multiple file from your computer, ensure that you select them as a group, trying to upload them individually will only select the last one selected.
- If you click on the Upload button after your files have been uploaded and do not select anything, then your previuos selction will be removed. If for instance you wish to replace or add to the files you are uploading ensure that you reselect all the images you wish to send to us.
